U.P.N.C. Is the site that offers hip hop from rappers who are on the come up. U.P.N.C stands for up 'n'
coming artists whose music can be heard here. We have several artist working with us and are always looking for more. We offer
a selection of up and coming, unsigned rappers whose name is gaining buzz. U.P.N.C. is a site that was made to give these
artist's more exposure and hopefully signed. We are the movement and if you want to hear good music just look and listen to
